Jess Frost Creative is design, copywriting and making — by me, Jess. I take on a handful of projects at a time for charities and small businesses, and spend the rest of my time making things for the joy of it.

hi, i’m jess

I’ve spent almost twenty years in the not‑for‑profit world, designing and writing fundraising appeals, donor communications, campaigns and all the small but important pieces that keep supporters connected to how they make a difference in this world.

I’ve worked with many of Australia’s best‑known charities, and I know exactly how powerful creative can be when it’s shaped around donors rather than committees.

Jess Frost Creative is my next chapter. By design, it’s intentional and built so I can bring my expertise, clarity and craft to select projects, in a way that’s sustainable and meaningful for me personally aswell as my clients.

how i work

I keep my client list deliberately short. That means:

  • A few projects at a time, done properly. I'd rather say "not yet" than do rushed work.

  • Clear scope, fixed price, honest timeline — agreed before we start.

  • You work with me. The person you email is the person doing the work.

If I'm at capacity when you get in touch, I'll tell you straight away — and either give you a realistic start date or point you toward someone good.
